Our production process is dynamic as we are constantly seeking ways to make improvements. We begin with a strict incoming inspection regimen to verify that we use only the highest quality materials. Muse uses certified 17-4 PH stainless steel and 2024 aircraft grade aluminum for our cells. We strive to build reliability into each step of the rigid production process of every product that we produce. Our goal is a quality load cell with zero defects, which meets or exceeds industry standards.
All products are made here in the USA . We incorporate the strictest U.S. industry standard methods including an environmentally-controlled gage bonding and wiring area. A state-of-the-art, software-driven temperature compensation system ensures that we are producing cells with a stable zero reading. All load cells are inspected to meet an average Rockwell hardness of 44 and the gage surface areas are inspected and tested using a profilometer to insure a strict gage surface area minimum finish of 32. Each load cell is inspected multiple times in the assembly process, to assure that our finished product complies with industry standards of linearity and hysteresis accuracy, creep and M/v per volt output. Our products are QA-tested in multiple phases of the manufacturing process including a post production test on certified N.I.S.T traceable calibration/load testing machines.
From that point, our customer service representatives and shipping department, completes the cycle to deliver to you, a quality product when promised. |
